Nahual refers to a guiding and protective presence that accompanies a person through processes of growth and transformation. Within Toltec wisdom traditions, the Nahual is understood as a guardian spirit connected to a person’s destiny and vital energy, reflecting their way of being in relationship with life and the natural world.
Within these traditions, the Nahual carries the understanding of transformation as capacity — the ability to adapt, to move between states, to move beyond fixed identities or limiting patterns, and to respond creatively to life’s circumstances. It speaks to remembering one’s power to shape change with intention, while remaining grounded within oneself and in relationship with the wider living world.
My name Nahual was received in a Mexican initiation ceremony, within a lineage-based ritual space. I hold this understanding to accompany others in times of need, supporting presence, adaptability, and conscious transformation within the work we share.
My work weaves together art, ritual, ancestral wisdom, psychology, and ecology within a holistic and embodied approach. Through art therapy and expressive arts, creativity becomes a space for emotional balance, reflection, and self-exploration.
Eco-somatic practices, body and energy work, along with intuitive counselling and guidance, support grounding, regulation, and integration. Ancestral and ritual practices offer ways to work with memory, lineage, and transition — allowing old patterns to be integrated and new ways of being to emerge.
My path brings together different ways of exploring inner life. Rooted in an animistic worldview, I cultivate a living relationship with nature, honoring the visible and invisible dimensions as interconnected expressions of life. This relationship shapes my work, my relationships, and the way I meet the world.
I am dedicated to restoring the relationship between humans and nature by drawing on ancestral wisdom and traditional practices from different cultures. I also strive to bring harmony and beauty wherever I am, inspiring people to see the beauty of life for themselves. Nature, creativity, and imagination form the foundation of my accompaniment. Through creative practice, the symbolic finds form and meaning. I support people in reconnecting with their own inner resources through their relationship with nature and spirit.
My ritual training and animist practice draw from Indigenous healing traditions of Central and South America, as well as earth-honoring rituals and ceremonies of transformation. I follow the path of fire — the base of the temazcal tradition and medicinal fire. This work is complemented by eco-somatic approaches and oriental body therapies.
Travel, curiosity, and continual change have shaped my understanding of transformation as a way of life. There is no grasping at fixed forms, as they always come and go, much like the clouds. After many deep and at times harsh transformations, I learned to trust the force of change itself as a constant and a source of grounding. I continue to meet life’s lessons and changes with presence, humility, and a commitment to learning alongside others.
