Работа с екосоматика и екосъзвездия

These sessions offers support through relationship with land, elements, cycles, and the living world. This doorway invites embodied and relational practices that restore orientation, regulation, and belonging by listening to the wisdom of nature — not as metaphor, but as lived relationship within the body and the wider field of life.

ECO-CONSTELLATIONS

This work extends inquiry into the wider relational field. Through embodied positioning, movement, reflection, and dialogue, we explore patterns of belonging, separation, and connection — not only within personal or family histories, but also in relationship with land, ecology, ancestry, and the more-than-human world.

An eco-constellation session works with spatial awareness and attentive presence to make these patterns visible and felt. This process can offer insight into how broader ecological and relational influences shape inner experience, choice, and action in everyday life — supporting a more grounded and responsive way of relating to self, others, and the world.

ECO-SOMATIC WORK

This is a way of exploring how body, nervous system, and the natural world are interconnected. Rather than approaching healing only as an internal or psychological process, eco-somatic work invites a felt sense of belonging within the living Earth — recognizing that our physiology, rhythms, and ways of responding are shaped by both personal history and environment.

Through somatic attention, sensory awareness, and gentle movement, we listen to how the nervous system responds to place, land, and surroundings. Practices may include attuning to breath and sensation and reconnecting with sensory experience as a source of grounding and orientation.

This work supports a remembering of what the body already knows — its capacity to settle, adapt, and respond in relationship.

За кого е предназначен?

This work may resonate with you if you are drawn to a felt way of exploring relationship — with yourself, with others, and with the living world — beyond understanding things only through thought.

It is for those who:

  • want to explore patterns of belonging, disconnection, or orientation as they are lived in the body

  • are curious about how land, environment, ancestry, and ecology shape their inner experience and choices

  • seek grounding and nervous system regulation through embodied presence rather than instruction or advice

  • feel drawn to relational, experiential processes that support insight through movement, sensation, and perception

  • are navigating transitions where familiar ways of relating no longer feel sufficient

No prior experience with somatics or constellations is required. This work invites attentiveness, curiosity, and a willingness to listen to what is already present — within the body and within relationship.
