There are many kinds of ancestors in our lineage. Some carried unresolved pain. And somewhere within that same lineage, there are also those who lived with integrity, resilience, wisdom, and love.
This offering is a gentle and structured introduction to connecting with the Wise & Well Ones — the healed, supportive ancestors within your lineage.
Rather than focusing directly onto trauma, we begin by cultivating resource, orientation, and stability. From this ground, a deeper relationship with ancestry can unfold in a way that is embodied, paced, and clear.

Over four live sessions, we will:
• Clarify intention and orient to the ancestral field
• Explore the gifts and patterns of maternal and paternal lineages
• Cultivate a grounded relationship with wise and supportive ancestors
• Anchor gratitude and continuity through simple rituals
Each session includes:
– gentle somatic grounding practices
– guided imaginal work
– reflective journaling or creative integration
– space for quiet sharing in a respectful group container
This is not mediumship or trance work. It is relational, somatic, involves intuition and personal discernment
